...that is  .... the information database --> place,  time.  people, sequence of events that unfolded into the trgaedy, police data gathered and studied, etc) 

What is missing  are the deeper levels of NATURE's  reality that may underlie an  EVENT  ... and possibly have created the event using programmable humans.

 

This omission of these possible additional factors from the NEWS reports  ..leaves an information  VOID.

This VOID is sometimes filled by other researchers  ... that happen to notice something and figure out Nature's puzzling message.
 

Newspapers and district attorney's  ignore these facts that relate to the EVENT .....  ignoring the judical values and principles of the Constitution.
Citizens do not care   .. otherwise they would  bring the additional information to the attention of  the legal system.

 

Thus we have a closed, in-bred communications network  ..that over the years becomes myopic.

Univeristies  like Harvard and MIT are like this  ... as are British Universities.

2) the hidden reality of Nature's anger at human communities for the community bull-stories and dribble .....  and that anger is then ROUTED by Nature's human  ....

 atomic bio-physics  and molecular bio-computer systems to a DARWIN selected  human for  Nature's military ....  anger expression

 

The news reporter is a  line weaver .......  .he takes the accurate, known  data of the EVENT (Part 1 database )  and writes the newspaper  story  to make  it appear that   the news report is a complete explantion of the EVENT.

This reduces Vmax because it the ES complex is blocked and Km is reduced because the equilibrium of the ES complex forming free enzyme and substrate has shifted ( the ES complex is missing because it is bound by the inhibitor) and will be reestablished by the enzymes binding to more substrate. The substrate shows a higher affinity for the enzyme and Km decreases.

 

Non-Competitive

The inhibitor binds to a different site or an allosteric site. This inhibitor causes enzyme conformation and affects the conversion of substrates into products. Since the enzyme cannot function fully Vmax is reduced and Km remains the same because the enzyme substrate reaction is still proceeding.
